William Bowman has been teaching piano to children and adults at The Music Score since late 2003. Before joining The Music Score, William taught music lessons privately for many years.

Occasionally, William had played piano for restaurants and parties and accompanied vocalists and instrumentalists. At one time, he was the pianist for the “Sacramento Stylers” in California, a full dance orchestra.

Currently, he is the organist/pianist for the 1st Congregational Church of Cromwell, CT, but has also played for Lutheran, Roman Catholic, Christian Science, Baptist, and Dutch Reform church services.

William Bowman has a Masters in mathematics from Central Connecticut State University and is a member of the Professional Tutors of America. By profession, he is a technical writer, writing component maintenance manuals.
