Lifetime Trade-Up
If you have need for a taller upright, or a newer model, or you simply need to have a grand, we'll give you full value on your trade-in (as long as we can take your piano and put it on our showroom floor).
10-Year Playability Warranty
Any issues you have, we'll go out and fix it (as long as you maintain regular tunings and regulations).
This means that all restorations exceed the level of other piano shops! The truth is, a 3 year warranty tells you what they DIDN'T do to the piano!
2 Free Tunings
We will tune the piano 1 or 2 days before delivery day.
And then we will setup a second tuning, 2-3 Weeks after your piano is delivered (so piano can get acclimated to your home).
