Shipping

We offer Shipping to Continental US, shipping fees are dependent on the total. If you need shipping outside of the USA please contact us directly.

Curbside Pickup & In-Store Pickup

If you'd like to setup for a curbside pickup or an in-store Pickup, for any orders placed before 12pm, your order will be ready after 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm, please allow an hour after placing your order for us to put together your order. 

Local Delivery

For Pianos: We offer free delivery to ground floor (no more than 3-4 total steps) within 15-20 driving miles from The Music Score. For any deliveries over 20 miles from The Music Score and/or over 4 steps or on a higher or lower floor without a freight elevator or comparable, please contact us to discuss the delivery charges.

Keyboard & Drum set: We offer delivery and setup for $40.00 (plus tax) for keyboards and drum sets within 15-20 driving miles from The Music Score. If you live further and need delivery and setup please contact us to discuss the delivery charge.

Returns

If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and We will gladly refund the purchase price.

It’s easy to return a product:

1. Contact us directly to authorize a return.
2. We will email you instructions for returning your product.
3. Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to The Music Score's address that is identified in our email.

Please Note:
Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. You are responsible for shipping the products back to Us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Local delivered freight items are subject to a local moving fee.

Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds, Credits & Balances Due

As soon as The Music Score receives and processes your return, We will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.

Defective Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the us immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize Our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact Us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices on Our store or any other store are not refundable.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Music Score LLC., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of any of The Music Score's products or services.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. The Music Score LLC. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, The Music Score LLC will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with The Music Score’s Return Policy.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, and Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
